The Walk for Plunkett
Walk to the Fox at Loxley
We are doing the Walk for Plunkett to help raise funds for the Plunkett Foundation who are a charity that support Rural Community businesses including Pubs, Cafe's, Shops and so much more. Please do sponsor us so we can help raise money to support other Community businesses like the Fox at Loxley. sponsorship link
The Walk
The Plunkett Foundation helped us save the Fox at Loxley and for the 2023 walk we want to raise £300 by walking from the BBC CWR office in Coventry to the Fox at Loxley, but calling in the New Inn pub in Norton Lindsey and Barford Community shop.

We will also have people walking from the Yew Tree Community Pub in Avon Dassett, Illmington shop, Long Marston Shop and Gaydon Community shop all aiming to finish at the Fox at Loxley between 6:00pm and 7:00pm for a celebration drink in your Community pub.

Please come and join us for a celebration drink ,either by walking to the Fox at Loxley or by other means and help us celebrate the 2023 Walk for Plunkett.

We are expecting Paul, our resident Fox to complete his journey from BBC CWR in Coventry to the Fox at Loxley by about 6:30pm so do come along and see him in his Fox costume.

Please book a table for dinner where Charlie will be offering a Fox at Loxley special and then from 9:00pm we have Right on Kelly a Guitar Duo with a bit of banter to make this a great celebration of Community businesses and how they are the beating heart of a Community.
